"This company was recommended by three different people and they didn’t disappoint. Because my car was trapped in the garage, they came out within an hour of my call and fixed my garage door quickly and at a reasonable price. They had to replace two large springs and they replaced the seal at the bottom of the door. My garage door works great now! The repair man was very nice too, as was the woman who answered the phone."

"Just had my door spring installed by Chris and Gerald. I just wanted to say that you have two very good employees. They finished the job in about 15 minutes and even helped me with a problem with the door sensors. They were very knowledgeable and helpful offering tips on maintaining the spring as well as the opener itself. All too often people write to make complaints when they are not satisfied. But I am very satisfied and I feel that good workmanship should be acknowledged just the same. I will definitely call you guys again for any garage door issues and suggest you for anyone who might need garage door service. Thank You."

"Our garage door broke during the really cold weather we had a couple weeks ago. We went with Crawford and they were very prompt and cost effective. They even came out and fixed the busted door for free so we could at least close it until the new door parts arrived. They also didn’t have any 1/2 horse power openers so they upgraded us to 3/4 horse power fore free. The new door looks great and is extremely quiet compared to our old one. Definitely, recommend."

"My garage door was replaced with a Life Master system which is a quiet system. There was a problem with a sensor that had to be replaced and Crawford was persistent in correcting the problem, and replaced the entire system. The installer (Bill) was outstanding! "Crawford Door is the best! After many attempts to troubleshoot my own garage door opener, I called Crawford. I was expecting them to send a service man out and was expecting him to tell me I needed to replace the whole unit. What I wasn’t expecting, was the friendly lady who answered the phone to give me a couple more ideas for me to try, one of which solved my problem, saving me hundreds of dollars!

This rare type of customer service didn’t earn them any income today, but they certainly earned a lifetime customer for future service calls, replacements and, most important, recommendations to my friends and family!
